Atlanta Slow Down

Branding And Print Design, Promotional Signage

Starting in 2010, Atlanta Slow Down was designed to promote safety in neighborhoods around the city of Atlanta. The Atlanta City Council implemented a campaign encouraging drivers to decelerate their speeds when driving in residential areas. This campaign provided a better well-being to thousands of children and families.

Various park-like components, including colors were pulled together to capture elements that represented nature, happiness and rejuvenation. The marketing materials were distributed to nine parks located in the DeKalb County, Ga. The event increased the visibility of these parks by 14%, increased the enrollment of other Board of Health initiatives by 37% and had 3,000 attendees at hosted activities.
